Aloha! My name is Ron Lord and I’ve been cooking for over 14 years. I’m fluent in three languages, English, Japanese, and Tagalog. I started cooking in Japan and moved to the States in 2006. Since then, I’ve been a head chef at the Sheraton Hotel & Resort and the Bubba Gump Shrimp company in Kona, HI. I’ve worked as a sous chef for Norwegian Cruise Lines and a second chef for American Cruise Lines. I specialize in Asian and American cuisine, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free meals. Special talents include sushi and hibachi cooking. In my spare time I work out, MMA fight, travel, and spend time with my dog.
